As the situation around the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, our paramount concern has been for the health and safety of our homebuyers, sales associates and our community.

The safety of our customers, staff and our homebuyers are and will continue to be our number one priority. Faced with a global challenge of Coronavirus (COVID-19) this has not wavered.
We are committed to doing our part to stopping the spread of COVID-19, all while committing to the level of service that is synonymous with Zuckerman Homes.
We’re temporarily adjusting our availability to better serve prospective homebuyers and communities we serve in response to COVID-19. Our sales center is now available for tours via appointment only, while our phone, web and email availability will remain unchanged.
Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we’ve increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance to our sales center, models and other common areas. We’ve also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like door handles, and bathrooms, as well as educating sales associates on best prevention practices. This includes the availability of hand sanitizer at multiple places onsite. We’re promoting social and physical distancing in our sales center and models including limiting the number of homebuyers onsite at any given time. In addition to training our sales associates on social distancing, and asking homebuyers to practice physical distancing.
For the safety of our sales associates and other homebuyers we will not allow any visitors to the sales center or models that are exhibiting any symptoms of a cold. If you are not feeling well, we highly encourage that you stay home and self-quarantine.
We understand the seriousness of the current Coronavirus outbreak, and want to ensure that all our employees and homebuyers are properly informed regarding this pandemic. This is why we are providing the following sites from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We trust that they will provide you with the most reliable and up to date information regarding this virus and outbreak at a global level. We strongly suggest that you consult with your local Health Authorities for any local updates and protocols”.
